There are currently two options for meditating one-on-one with Carrie Anne online —

Thirty minute session

In this 30 minute private session, Carrie Anne will guide you through a ten minute unique meditation created for you based upon the information provided in your intake form. You will receive a recording of the meditation.

The session begins with a warm-up meditation and ends with time for questions.

You will leave the session feeling reconnected to your inner self, deeply relaxed and with a clearer perspective on any question that you came into the meditation with. You will also have a reliable technique for calm, focus and inner guidance to carry with you into your daily life.

One hour intensive

Whether you currently have a practice or are curious about implementing a meditation practice in your life, Carrie Anne will go over fundamental techniques with you in this one hour private session, check your integration of them and guide you through a twenty minute unique meditation created for you based upon the information provided in your intake form. You will receive a recording of the meditation.

The session starts with a relaxing, centering warm-up meditation, followed by instruction, your unique meditation and ending with time for your questions.

You will leave the session with a dependable and achievable meditation practice; you will go forward with a program for staying connected to your inner self, for finding balance in an emotional world and for maintaining clarity amidst life’s changes. You will feel deeply relaxed and have a clearer perspective on any question that you came into the meditation with. If you happen to have a spiritual program, you will also find more consistency in your spiritual connection.
